Finally my finished colour version of Elvis Presley! I'm happy with it but at the same time I feel like it needs something more, however I can't think what that something more should be! Book Worm!

Well today I spent walking around town and drawing, as well as catching a bit of sunstroke! It was good fun, drawing the buildings tired me out but watching and drawing people kept me entertained! I will upload some of the sketches soon from today but for now I present you with this piece I've done where i have used a book as a sketch book! Still needs more work and a lot more sketches in the book but hey ho I like this one I've finished.

The King of Rock and Roll!

I really enjoyed drawing this image today it was quite therapeutic for me. This image is based on Elvis, I do like Elvis but I'm not to big a fan of impersonators and the way some try to be as sexy as Elvis but fail. This image is more of a slimy look at an Elvis look alike trying to be a sex symbol and impress the ladies. Quite dark again I know but it's more fun to do! Coloured version will be up when i get around to doing it!

I'm out drawing tomorrow with a group of illustrators around Hull we are all meeting at 10am at the coffee stand in the bus station if you are interested in joining too. I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes!

To the Beach in Colour!

Finally got around to finishing off colouring this piece! It's certainly more vibrant now! Boom! I really want to create some more summer pieces like this but im thinking maybe some more landscape ones with more going on in the scene!

To The Beach!!

Well heres a new image for you, I'm getting there slowly but surely with summer work! I'm finding it hard to get inspired but today I had a breakthrough! I don't know why but this was going to be a nice funny picture of a lady riding a donkey to the beach, but the more I worked on it the darker and darker it kinda got, now its an old lady riding a punch and Judy donkey man beast to the beach! Fun times ey! Well hope you enjoy!
